Visit to a historical coffee roasting facility in Lucca. You will enjoy an introduction to the world of coffee, an overview of the historical and geographic origins of the main cultivations and an in depth look at this emblematic product of earth and man which, through processing and manipulation, makes its way from the earth into a cup. The course continues allowing you to discover the main characteristics of Italian espresso coffee and finishes with the tasting of a cup of coffee. The goal is to learn to understand and appreciate the quality of an everyday product par excellence, in order to consume it and taste it with greater awareness.
